We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

We reserve the right not to accept an order

The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process your payment.

All goods are offered subject to availability. You may select a wine that has gone out of stock in which case we will let you know and you can then decide whether to select another of our wines.
 

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch as forms of payment. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and the address and phone number your credit card holder has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received.
 

Payment And Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax)

Promotional offers - prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at or before (but not after) we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer it is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
 

Delivery

We only deliver to mainland UK and we aim delivery within six working days of your order.

Receipt Of Goods

Bottles should be signed for as “not examined” and you should inspect the goods as soon as possible and notify us immediately of breakages or wine shortages. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We are unable to offer replacements unless we are notified within 6 working days. If you will not be at the delivery address at the time of delivery and wish us to leave your order in a safe place, please advise us. We regret that neither we nor our carriers can accept responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage which occurs if the consignment has been left.
 

Returns

We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us.
 

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Direct Electronic Communications 2003.

We do not release information to third parties.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second to give you the best possible service.
